1、用戶應(yīng)根據(jù)我公司供給的根底材料圖，進(jìn)行混凝土根底施工。根底的裝置面，應(yīng)包管在同一水平面上，酸霧洗滌塔底腳須知螺栓或沓接固定在根底的鋼板上。

2、風(fēng)機(jī)裝置時，應(yīng)謹(jǐn)防雜物掉入風(fēng)機(jī)內(nèi)。酸霧洗滌塔裝置完成后，在試車之前有必要鏟除塔內(nèi)污物。

3、因通常玻璃鋼制品易燃，裝置及修理過程中，禁止運(yùn)用明火。

5、 酸霧洗滌塔有必要有專人職責(zé)辦理，常常查看風(fēng)機(jī)工作能否正常，液位能否政黨液位箱中浮球開關(guān)能否正常，溶液濃度能否在規(guī)則規(guī)模等等，如發(fā)現(xiàn)問題，應(yīng)及時處置。

5. 6、為保證貯液箱中液位，避免開關(guān)風(fēng)機(jī)時導(dǎo)致液位升降，有必要在敞開風(fēng)機(jī)后，敞開浮球供水閥，封閉風(fēng)機(jī)前，先封閉浮球供水閥。液位高度靜態(tài)應(yīng)控制在離地650mm左右為宜。

6. 1、 酸霧洗滌塔宜安裝在高出地面100mm以上的混凝土基礎(chǔ)上，水泵、風(fēng)機(jī)應(yīng)按要求另作混凝土基礎(chǔ)。

2、運(yùn)輸安裝時要注意保護(hù)，不得碰損機(jī)體及部件。

4、吸收塔安裝和工作在室外的，冬季應(yīng)對底部水池部位注意防凍。

5、吸收塔底部水池有液位標(biāo)記，使用前務(wù)必按液位標(biāo)記注入吸收液。使用過程中應(yīng)注意補(bǔ)充吸收液。

6、使用時應(yīng)先開循環(huán)水泵2~3分鐘，再開鼓風(fēng)機(jī)，停機(jī)時，應(yīng)先停鼓風(fēng)機(jī)1~2分鐘后，再停循環(huán)水泵。

7、應(yīng)根據(jù)使用情況定期檢查塔底部水池內(nèi)液體酸性濃度及排出氣口氣體凈化程度，超出標(biāo)準(zhǔn)時，應(yīng)更換底部水池中的吸收液。
